Here at Lofoten Havfiske we welcome you to enjoy a Sea Fishing Holiday in Norway! We can offer both guided fishing tours, and rental boats if you want to go out on your own.

What to expect at a Sea Fishing Holiday

Going fishing for your holiday will truly result in lots of stories for later.

Our fishing camp

Lofoten Havfiske is located in Skreda. Here we have 6 fisherman cabins available for rent, all newly renovated with modern interior. Here you can relax and enjoy our comfy facilities in between the fishing adventures.

Hildurbua: 3 bedrooms with room for 6 people in total. 2 living rooms, kitchen. 1 bathroom with toilet and shower and 1 extra toilet upstairs. Total 75 m2.

Nappstraumen Sea Cabin: Rorbua has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms (6 beds). There is also TV with RiksTV and fiber Internet. Rorbua has a high standard and a lovely view from the terrace.

Signarbua, Frøya cabin, Bergensbua and Draugen cabin: These cabins contain a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4). TV with national package.

All you need during your sea fishing holidays

At the fishing camp you will also find a freezer room to store the fish you catch. In addition to this we also have fileting tables.

If you need some equipment to go fishing on your own, this is also available in our fishing shop. Here you can both rent and buy whatever you need.

Our boats are ready to go with all the equipment you need, including GPS-tracking, throwing line and more.

Authentic accommodation

Though newly upgraded, our cabins have not lost their charm and authentic feel. While staying in the cabin, you will be part of an active fishing environment right by the bay. Experience how it was like to live like a fisherman in the old days.

When to book?

The fishing opportunities are never ending in a place like Lofoften, however there are certain times during the year specific types of fish will be most available. If you want to go cod fishing, the best time for this is during January to april. Read more about the best season for the different fish.
