What is it like to live in a fishing cabin in Lofoten?
Living in a fishing cabin when visiting Lofoten can give you an authentic experience of the local culture and lifestyle in this fantastic area of Norway. From the cabin, you can wake up to beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the ocean and enjoy the fresh air and calming sound of the waves. From the fishing cabins, you have easy access to the beach and sea, and can enjoy exploring the area on foot, by bike, or by renting a kayak or boat.

Our fishing cabins
We have 5 fishing cabins for rent in Skreda by Nappstraumen. Four of the cabins contain a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms (4 beds). TV with national channels.
The last one, Hildurbua, has room for six with 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and a kitchen. 1 bathroom with toilet and shower and 1 extra toilet upstairs. A total of 75 m2.
The cabins are located in the fishing cabin complex in Skreda, 5 km from the airport in Leknes, which is in the middle of Lofoten.
In addition, we have a newly built fishing cabin in Lilleeidet by Nappstraumen. The cabin is located just above our camp in Skreda.
This fishing cabin has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and 3 bedrooms (6 beds). There is also a TV with national channels and fiber internet. The fishing cabin has a high standard and a beautiful view from the terrace.
